Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want this to be simple and clear.

1. Who we are

Ideas That Run is a small independent team that researches and publishes AI-business idea reports. Contact: [email protected]

2. All sales are final

Our reports are digital content that you can read right away, so all sales are final. This applies to the day pass and to the monthly membership, including renewals.

That's why you can try us first, for free or for very little:

  • Free report: enter your email on any report and unlock that one full report free.
  • Day pass: US$10 for 24 hours of full access to every report.

When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away, and you agree that you lose any right to cancel and get your money back once access has started, where the law allows this.

3. When we do refund

We refund in two cases only:

  • Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same thing.
  • Technical problem: a problem on our side stopped you from getting access, and we couldn't fix it.

To ask, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, from the email you paid with, with the subject "Refund request". Tell us what happened. If the refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method through Whop. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show it.

4. How to cancel the monthly membership

You can cancel anytime, in a few clicks:

  1. Log in and go to My account.
  2. Click Manage subscription. This opens your membership in Whop.
  3. Cancel there.

5. What happens after you cancel

  • You won't be charged again.
  • You keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for.
  • After that, paid sections lock. Free sections and your free unlocked report stay available.
  • Cancelling does not unsubscribe you from the daily email. Use the unsubscribe link in any email for that.

The day pass never renews. It simply ends 24 hours after you buy it.

6. Tax

If a refund is made, any tax added at checkout is refunded with it.

7. Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We usually fix things faster that way. Accounts with a chargeback may be suspended while it's resolved.

8. Your legal rights

This policy does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that cannot be excluded.
