Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Ideas That Run when you use ideasthatrun.com (the "site"). Please read them. By using the site, giving us your email, or buying a day pass or membership, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Ideas That Run is a small independent team that researches and publishes AI-business idea reports.
Contact: [email protected]
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ideas That Run. "You" means the person using the site.
2. What we offer
We publish reports and playbooks about business ideas that use AI. A report may include a description of the idea, demand estimates, an AI score, prompt packs and a launch or marketing plan.
We sell ideas and information only. We do not run any business for you, build anything for you, or promise any result. If you decide to start a business, you do it yourself, at your own risk.
3. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal adulthood where you live, if higher) to buy a day pass or membership. By buying, you confirm that you are.
4. Free access
- Anyone can read the free sections of our reports.
- If you give us your email, we unlock one full report of your choice for that email address.
- By giving your email, you agree to receive our daily idea email and a short welcome series of emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- One free report per email address. Please don't use fake or multiple addresses to get more free reports. We may block unlocks that look like abuse.
5. Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Free report | Free, with your email | 1 full report of your choice |
| Day pass | US$10, one-time payment | Every full report for 24 hours |
| Member | US$19 per month | Every full report while your membership is active |
- Prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added on top at checkout, depending on where you live.
- The day pass starts when your payment goes through and ends 24 hours later. It does not renew.
- We may change prices for new purchases at any time. If we change the price of your monthly membership, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price applies.
6. Payments (Whop)
Payments are handled by Whop (whop.com), which processes payments and acts as the seller/merchant for your purchase. When you pay, you also agree to Whop's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Automatic renewal
The monthly membership renews automatically each month, and you will be charged the plan price (plus any tax) unless you cancel before the renewal date. The day pass is a one-time payment and never renews.
8. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel the monthly membership anytime:
- Log in and go to My account.
- Click Manage subscription. This opens Whop.
- Cancel your membership there.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. You will not be charged again.
All sales are final, because the content is digital and you can read it right away. When you buy, you ask for access to start straight away. We only refund duplicate charges, or a technical problem on our side that stopped your access, if you email [email protected] within 7 days. You can try us first with a free report or the day pass. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Your account and login
- You log in with your email and a 6-digit code we send to that email. There is no password.
- Keep access to your email inbox secure. Anyone who can read your email can log in as you.
- Your membership is for you only. Don't share your login, and don't share, resell, republish or copy our paid content for others. We may suspend or end access if we see this happening.
10. Our content
- All reports, playbooks, prompts and other content on the site belong to us (or to people who licensed it to us).
- You may read, save and use the content to plan and run your own business.
- You may not copy, resell, republish, or share paid content publicly or with non-members, or use it to train or feed a competing product.
- You may quote short parts with a link back to us.
11. Estimates, not advice
- Our reports use estimates based on outside sources (for example, search and market data). These numbers can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete.
- AI scores and opinions are our own judgment, not facts.
- Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you make decisions.
- We do not promise that any idea will make money. Many new businesses fail. Any results depend on you, your effort, your market and many things outside our control.
- You are responsible for checking laws, licences, platform rules and other people's rights (such as trademarks) before you start any business.
12. Sponsored content
Some reports and emails contain sponsored slots or ads. These are always clearly labelled (for example, "Sponsored"). Sponsors do not decide our scores or which ideas we cover. We are not responsible for sponsors' products or services; check them yourself before you buy.
13. Links to other sites
We may link to other websites and tools. We don't control them and are not responsible for them.
14. Acceptable use
Don't:
- try to break into, overload, or get around the security or paywall of the site;
- scrape or bulk-download content;
- use the site for anything illegal.
15. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we end a paid membership or day pass for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
We may also change or stop the service. If we stop it completely, we will give active members reasonable notice and refund any unused paid period.
16. Our liability
- The site and content are provided "as is". We try to keep things accurate and working, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or any indirect loss, that comes from using (or not being able to use) the site or acting on its content.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell members by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
18. Disagreements
If something goes wrong, please email us first at [email protected] and we will try to fix it. Nothing in these terms takes away your right to bring a claim under the consumer laws where you live.
